Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is associated by symptoms and signs, which are caused by compression of the median nerve travelling through the carpal tunnel.[1] Carpal Tunnel Syndrome affects the hands since it is an upper limb neuropathy that results in motor and sensory disturbance of the median nerve.[2]
This condition affects individuals by causing pain, paresthesias, and sometimes weakness in the median nerve distribution. Those diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome may experience pain, numbness and tingling sensations in the arm, which may extend to the shoulder and neck area; these feelings are more prevalent at night due to various sleeping positions.[3] To aid in the prevention of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, stretching exercises of the wrist, hand, and fingers have been used to combat against the pain and numbness caused by repetitive actions. Other than using recommended stretches and exercises, useful treatments for CTS include use of night splints, corticosteroid injections and ultimately surgery.
Most cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome have been found to be without a specific cause and certain individuals may be genetically predisposed to this condition.

Anal sex is considered a high-risk sexual practice, and unprotected anal sex is the riskiest of all forms of sexual intercourse.[8] The hazards are due to the vulnerability of the tissues, as the penetration of the anus may cause tearing and bleeding of the soft tissues,[9] and can damage the sphincter muscles, causing incontinence and anal prolapse. It is also due to the high concentration of disease causing organisms in the anus and the introduction of pathogens during the sex act itself, exposing the participants to a spectrum of contagious diseases. Pegging, involving the use of a harness and anal penetration by a dildo or other sex toy, can involve fewer risks of damage and disease. Some authorities judge that all anal sex is unsafe, due to the high rates of condom failure, including those brands that claim to be specially strengthened.

Swearing to protect the Avatar, Katara and Sokka journey with him to the Northern Water Kingdom in his quest to master “Waterbending” and eventually fulfill his destiny of once again restoring peace to the world. But as they inch nearer to their goal, the group must evade Prince Zuko, the exiled son of Lord Ozai, Commander Zhao, the Fire Nation’s military leader, and the tyrannical onslaught of the evil Fire Lord himself.

Showtime is a pre-noontime variety show airing on ABS-CBN which premiered October 24, 2009, replacing the long-running Philippine game show, Pilipinas, Game KNB?. It currently airs worldwide through the The Filipino Channel. This show is successful and high-rated leading Vice Ganda, their unevictable judge, into great popularity.

The first season’s grand finals was aired on July 24, 2010, Saturday at the Ynares Center, Antipolo City. Showtime’s second season will premiere on July 26, 2010, Monday.

July 24, 2010 was Showtime’s first Grand Finals that was held at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City. Showtime brought back 38 of the former hurados(judges) to judge the 11 grand finalists. In total, 40 judges were assembled(including the unevictable judge Vice Ganda and longest-staying judge Jhong Hilario) to make the difficult decision of who will be Showtime’s First Grand Champion. At the end of the competition, the group XB Gensan won the grand prize of 1 million pesos and became Showtime’s First Grand Champion with a final average score of 9.875 pts. [1]

I read some comments about the Champion who is the XB Gensan. There are some favors and some are not about the winning of the group. In negative sides, they state that judges just made pitty the group? Hmmmm….why??? Can you state your opinion…..
